Shipping Charges and Information:
1. The minimum amount of fabric you may order is 1/4 yard. We also have Fat Quarters for many of the fabrics. Look for “fq ea” to order.
2. We use a secure server for credit card transactions. Click on the Verisign icon to verify this.
However, if you are not comfortable giving your card number on line, please call us at 888-255-4863 (Mon-Sat between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm) to give us your credit information. You will need to have your card ready plus the order confirmation number that was e-mailed to you at the time you placed the order.
3. We do not accept personal checks. You may print your completed order blank and mail it to us along with a money order for the amount and the appropriate postage as per the chart on this page. The order will be sent when the correct amount is confirmed by us.
4. Be sure to double check your credit card information for accuracy, including the expiration date. Orders are not shipped until credit card transactions are authorized. Inaccurate numbers are the most common reason for declined credit cards.
5. We try to ship within 72 hours whenever possible. You will receive an e-mail regarding any changes or delays with an order, e.g. temporarily out of stock, custom cutting of fabric packs, etc. After you place your order, please check your e-mail for confirmation.
As we process your order, any questions we may have will be sent to you through e-mail. Look for any messages from Quilters' Corner Inc regarding your order and let us hear from you as soon as possible.
6. If you live on the East coast, please allow 5-6 business days from ship date to receive your order.
7. For Global Shipping,we use USPS Global Priority Mail which guarantees delivery in 4-6 days to major cities worldwide. The minimum charge for a USPS Flat Rate Envelope to Canada and Mexico is $11.50 and $13.50 to any other country. There is a 4 lb. weight limit on an international Flat Rate Envelope and we cannot fit more than 7 yards maximum of fabric into the envelope. If your order is not small enough to fit into a Flat Rate Envelope, but requires a Flat Rate Box, the minimum charge to Canada and Mexico is $26.00 and $42.00 to any other country. When possible, we will ship your merchandise USPS Priority Mail by weight, at which time the exact dollar amount for shipping plus a nominal handling fee will be calculated and charged on your order. In most cases, shipping USPS Global Priority mail by weight will be less expensive then the Flat Rate Box fee. If you have any questions about specific cost, please contact us prior to placing your order.
8. Shipping charges for Janome sewing machines will be based on UPS ground zone rates. Depending on the machine you purchase, the weight and the destination, shipping costs will generally range from approximately $8.95 to $25.59. Shipping costs will be higher for Alaska and Hawaii. When you place your order for a machine online, we will notify you via e-mail with the exact shipping costs prior to shipment. UPS guarantees your shipment will arrive in 1-5 business days. Janome sewing machines are only available for purchase in the United States and will not be shipped to any location outside of the U.S.A..
Our Return Policy:
1. We thoroughly examine all merchandise before it leaves our shop to insure that we are shipping you a perfect order.
2. A customer may not return any items without the prior and direct authorization of Quilters' Corner Inc. Books and patterns MAY NOT be returned. If you discover a problem with an item, please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will work with you to resolve the situation. WE WANT HAPPY CUSTOMERS. If it’s our mistake, we will pay for return shipping, otherwise it will be your responsibility to send it back to us.

When buying a small amount of fabric or a pattern, shipping is always adjusted. The bottom line is that we don’t intend to make money on shipping, just cover our expenses for postage and time.
