Shipping and Ordering Info

| We use a secure sever for taking orders in our online catelog and our hosting company is PCI Compliant. We do not sell, lease or loan any of your personal information including your email to any 3rd party companies.
We only use your email to stay in contact with you and send you news updates but you can opt out of those at anytime if you wish. If you continue to receive our news updates after opting out please call us and we will fix it. |

| The minimum yardage of fabric you can order is 1/4 yard, however, we have an option to order a Fat Quarter of most fabrics. We will cut Fat Quarters for you. |

| We do not accept personal checks. You may print your completed order form and mail it to us along with a money order for the amount of the order plus postage. Please call us and confirm the correct amount of the order before sending your money order. |

| For small or lightweight items weighing less then 13oz we can ship them in a bubble mailer for $3.50. |

We processes internet orders everyday. We try and ship out your order within 72 hours of you placing it.

For International Shipping, we use USPS Global Priority Mail which guarantees delivery in 6-10 days to major cities worldwide.
There is a 4 lb. weight limit on an international flat rate envelope and we cannot fit more than 7 yards of cotton fabric into the envelope. For fleece and flannel fabric only about 3 to 4 yards will fit into a flat rate envelope.
If your order is not small enough to fit into a flat rate envelope, but requires a flat rate box, the minimum charge to Canada and Mexico is $32.95 and $47.95 to any other country.

A customer may not return any items without the prior and direct authorization of Quilters' Corner Inc.
To return an item please call us during our regular business hours or send us an email.
Books and patterns MAY NOT be returned.
If you discover a problem with an item, please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
