Quilters’ Hideaway Retreat Policies
Retreat registration requires a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Payment in full is due 45 days prior to the retreat. Cancellation 45 days prior to the retreat allows the participant to apply the $100 deposit to another retreat date. No refunds will be given after the final balance payment. Quilters’ Hideaway in conjunction with Quilters' Corner reserves the right to cancel a retreat date 30 days prior to the retreat. In the event this occurs all deposits will be refunded.
Price Includes:
A hotel room for two nights at the Holiday Inn for all participants except those purchasing the 3-day pass. Roommate matching will not be provided so registrants wanting double occupancy must indicate their roommate preference on the registration form. If no roommate is indicated, the roommate chosen does not register, or the roommate cancels, the participant will be charged the single occupancy rate.
Coffee, Tea, and Water in the quilting room. Sodas will be available during snack breaks.
Breakfast on Saturday & Sunday, Lunch on Saturday, Dinner on Friday & Saturday, and snacks throughout all 3 days.

•Sewing Machine, Foot Pedal, Cord, and Manual
•Extra Sewing machine needles, bobbins, & thread
•Rotary Cutter & Extra blade
•Small Cutting Mat for your own table
•Rulers
•Sewing basket with all your odds & ends
•As many projects as you would like to work on
•Ottlight for your table
•Please remember to label all of your supplies
•Comfortable clothes, pajamas, slippers (there will be a pajama party)
•Personal toiletries and medication
